Caitlyn has been heavily involved in the fitness industry from a young age competing in high-level Netball and Basketball as a teenager to Powerlifting, Bodybuilding and Crossfit into her adult years.   After practising as a Personal Trainer and Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor for 3 years, she took an interest in nutrition when discovering a gap between clients training hard in the gym not seeing their expected results given their work ethic and intensity.


While delving into her study of Human Nutrition and Health Sciences, she found that there was so much more to achieving sustainable results than ‘training hard’ and ‘eating clean’ - and there she found the missing pieces she had been searching for. Caitlyn’s passion and success in reaching clients’ goals is heavily based on striving to reach a balance between soul food, whole food and a healthy relationship with food - mind, body and spirit.
