Ed's belief is that by changing one's health this can change all aspects of a person's life. Be it a professional athlete, or someone just starting their journey with improving health, everyone can benefit from the support that a coach can provide. Ed began his work in the health & fitness industry as a CrossFit Coach, it was there that he saw the profound impact that improved health not only on the individual and their goals but also their friends and family. He quickly realized that helping people improve what they eat and their relationship with food was the most potent way of facilitating change.

Ed believes that much like training, different approaches will work for different people, depending on who they are and what their goals are. He is committed to getting the right outcome for people and will try methods to do so.
