Laura has been involved in sports from a young age, sparking her interest in the relationship between food and quality of life. She went on to gain her Bachelor of Food and Nutrition majoring in Psychology (Deakin University), and has since managed a nutrition consultancy business.

 

Laura believes nutrition has a huge impact on life in many ways including sleep quality, stress levels, work productivity and especially our ability to be active and improve training performance. Her goal is to assist clients in optimising all of these areas and achieve sustainable long term benefits, by improving their knowledge and understanding of food intake. Given our relationship with food is a relationship we are in for life, we want it to be a great one!
