Claire has worked in the health and fitness industry for more than 10 years – as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and yoga instructor. She is currently completing degrees in Naturopathy and Psychology, which fuels her curiosity around optimising athletic performance, bolstering mental health and mental toughness, healing the body, and harnessing vitality every day.
Claire works with people holistically, ensuring the balance of their mind, body, and spirit. Her coaching style embodies her authentic, caring, and energetic nature, and encourages her clients to explore their fullest potential.
