Coach Ellen grew up playing a variety of sports, before taking up competitive bodybuilding and, eventually, finding CrossFit to light her fire. After struggling through years of yo-yo dieting as a teen, she decided enough was enough and dived head-first into learning about proper nutrition. She quickly learned that no food has to be off-limits, and that being flexible with nutrition (and life in general) will yield the best results. 


That’s where Ellen’s passion started and then decided to study a degree in nutrition and health.


Now, a nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Public Health, Ellen’s mission is to help others reach their full potential and achieve their health, fitness and lifestyle goals using the tools and knowledge she’s accumulated through university and years of experience.  


Ellen is also a group fitness coach at her local F45, and likes to compete in CrossFit competitions any chance she can!
