Coach Heather's love of CrossFit led her to open and run a gym with her partner while competing at a national level in Olympic Weightlifting. Her love of fuelling performance while reaching aesthetic goals has allowed her athletes to be just as confident on the competition floor as they are in a swimsuit. 

Heather focuses on a holistic approach and believes that overall wellness is achieved by addressing the entirety of a person's lifestyle. She puts a spotlight on hormonal health, sleep, and creating a positive relationship with food for the long term. 

Having been through diet after diet, and finally finding a flexible and balanced approach, Heather’s empathy and understanding comes from having been there, herself. She credits her mentors, coaches and clients for her passion and knowledge for nutrition.
