Coach Jess is a Registered Nurse who’s worked with a pretty diverse patient population throughout her career. She naturally developed a keen interest in health and wellness, which eventually changed her outlook on fitness, too. After years of feeling like “fitness” was synonymous with deprivation and painful workouts, Jess found new movement modalities that allowed her to befriend her body. She now trains in Pilates and mobility movement, and eats to help fuel these practices.
Jess’s coaching focuses on the balance between lifestyle, values and individual goals. She loves making good movement and wholesome food approachable and attainable for clients, with an emphasis on sustainable habit change.
