Coach Jimena is passionate about learning, cooking, self-improvement, and teaching better lifestyle habits. Her approach is integrative, evidence-based, and oriented to health as well as performance, and it’s focused on developing a healthy relationship with food while working on self-acceptance. Her goal is to help her clients create lasting habits that work for their lifestyle and goals.

Based in Argentina, Jimena studied English for 10 years and then English-Spanish Certified Translation at Buenos Aires University. She later specialized in medical translation as well as nutrition, fitness, and weightlifting specialized translation and interpretation. After being diagnosed with lupus when she was a teenager, she found a way to manage her illness through lifestyle and diet changes, and has been medication-free for more than 10 years.

Jimena found CrossFit in 2013 and after competing for four years (including having competed in Regionals in 2014 as part of a team), she found her passion in helping people improve their performance through teaching them about healthy nutrition habits. She was the first person to start a Paleo catering and coaching business in Argentina, which she managed from 2014 till 2017. She also assisted in creating and translating the first Paleo recipe app in Spanish and, throughout the years, she delivered many healthy eating and cooking workshops in Buenos Aires. She is a CF L1 Certified coach and she holds certifications in CF Gymnastics and CF Football as well.

She is currently working towards her degree as a Registered Dietitian in Buenos Aires.
