Coach Kira is an APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who owns a practice alongside a small gym. Since moving to Tassie, Kira has reignited her childhood love for gymnastics and become more involved in CrossFit, both as an athlete and a coach. 

As her career has become more focused on athletic injury, particularly in CrossFit and gymnastics, Kira has turned to nutrition as an added piece of the recovery puzzle. She truly believes that nutrition is the foundation for all aspects of life and, in particular, has a major role in injury management.
