Coach Madison has always been involved in health and fitness, competing in swimming from an early age. Her love for nutrition came after she discovered how much of an impact it made on her performance AND her life outside the gym. She made significant changes to her nutrition in 2017, which played a game-changing part in her sporting achievements.

Madison is currently completing her Bachelor degree in Nutritional and Dietetic medicine, as well as coaching and training full-time. She strives to help others achieve their goals and maximise their results through the power of nutrition.
