Coach Simone has always enjoyed competitive sports, earning herself a scholarship to Southern University (U.S.) where she played division one collegiate soccer for four years while working as a strength and conditioning coach, in conjunction with her studies.

Sim’s passion for nutrition and body transformation grew when she started CrossFit in 2016, weighing 75kg. She set herself a 12-month goal to lose 10kg, and through careful dietary changes was successfully able to lose 15kg – and become one of Australia’s leading female CrossFitters!
