Coach Steph understands (from firsthand experience) the positive impact nutrition can have on performance and aesthetic goals; achieving amazing personal results; and simultaneously living a flexible and sociable lifestyle. She’s done a lot of work to positively change her relationship with food and her body, and is excited to share what she has learned with others. 

Nothing lights Steph’s fire like seeing others succeed; and she thoroughly enjoys being part of the journey alongside her clients. Her own fitness and nutrition journey started in 2013 and she now runs her own personal training business, online fitness programming business and a CrossFit gym with her partner.
