The Method

The Method Ongoing Personalised Plan

It all starts with your questionnaire. We want to know everything about you, from your background, your current situation, what motivates you and what your ultimate goals are. We use this information to help structure a plan and a diet that works for you.

We base our plans around macros, as we believe this is the fastest, easiest and most enjoyable way to reach your goals. Counting macros gives you flexibility and control around your intake, while also allowing you to learn exactly what is in your food. We believe this combination is what makes our program so sustainable.

How it works

After filling out our questionnaire, your assigned coach will go away and work on a plan that is designed around your current activities & your goals. They will give you a macro split that we believe is going to work for you, and offer the tools to help you make the most out of your journey.

Each week, you’ll check in with your coach with your body weight, macros, measurements & more from the past week. Your coach will re-adjust your macros as they see necessary, to continue your path towards your goals. All our coaches are there for 24/7 support and have the tools and experience to help you through this amazing journey.

Having worked with everyone from athletes with badass performance goals to mums looking for their pre-baby body and anyone looking to feel better in their own skin there’s not a hurdle Paige doesn’t understand.
